Sitting with Spirit is a sacred circle where people connect with their higher selves and commune with the spiritual realm. This monthly circle provides a nurturing space to quiet our minds, tune into our inner wisdom, and be open to guidance from Spirit.
Participants gather in a circle, symbolizing unity and connection to a higher power. Guided meditation and mindfulness help quiet the mind, release distractions, and deepen the connection with one’s higher self. Through stillness and inner listening, participants open up to receive and share messages, insights, and guidance from the spiritual realm. We welcome anyone from all spiritual journeys and paths to explore and use their intuition and develop inner spiritual gifts. This Circle empowers one to trust their inner guidance and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and support from like-minded people. Open to all levels of spiritual experience and understanding. About Sheila Medina:
She is a Religious Science Practitioner who has been initiated as a Deeksha Healer at Oneness University. She has experience as a group facilitator working with both Progress Foundation and Baker Places as a counselor in San Francisco. She has served as a medium, healer, and speaker for over 25 years. |
